Our evening schedule is perfect for those with daytime commitments, providing a flexible learning environment. Whether you dream of becoming a professional baker or simply want to hone your skills, this class will equip you with the knowledge and experience needed to excel in the world of baking and pastry arts.


CREDIT AVAILABLE
Meets area "G" approval for UC and CSU admissions. 
10 high school elective credits per semester

THINGS TO CONSIDER
Non-slip shoes and long pants are required. Students need to provide their own chef coat (teacher will give instruction on the ordering when class starts).
