The Sports Medicine program teaches the basics of preventing and treating athletic injuries. Injury Care Specialists assist athletes, individuals with disabilities, and anyone looking to improve movement and mobility. This course covers topics such as injury prevention, treatment, taping, rehabilitation, anatomy, body systems, exercise physiology, therapeutic modalities, pharmacology, nutrition, and kinesiology—offering students a solid introduction to Sports Medicine.
