About the Program
Culinary Arts is a one-year program that provides students the training in all facets of the foodservice and hospitality industries. - Instructor at ROC since 2019.
- California teaching credential (preliminary) in CTE Hospitality, Tourism, and Recreation.
- Graduated from California Culinary Academy, 2003.
- Executive Chef at Wonderful Company, 2017 - 2019.
- Executive Chef, Thomas Hill Organics in Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo, 2016 - 2017.
- Executive Chef, SLO's Granada Hotel and Bistro, 2013 - 2016.
- Spent 10+ years cooking in the Bay Area.
- Worked under famed French Chef Laurant Manrique at Aqua, a 2 Michelin Star San Francisco restaurant.
- Cooked in numerous fine dining establishments in San Francisco, San Jose, and Santa Cruz, as well as Seattle.
- Graduated from Garces High School, 2000.
