Pharmacy Tech students had their own version of a science fair last Friday. Students displayed their knowledge of the hospital pharmacy setting by building their own laminar flow hoods. Laminar flow hoods are used to prepare sterile products such as IV’s and chemotherapy agents. Students had very clever ideas to express what they learned throughout the course and had a tremendous time working on their team building skills.
