CTEC’s HOSA chapter recently participated in the Fall Leadership Conference, a premier event focused on developing the next generation of leaders in the healthcare industry. The conference provided students with a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, expand their skills, and explore a wide range of healthcare career pathways.
During the event, students attended workshops designed to enhance leadership, communication, and technical skills, while also gaining insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of healthcare professionals. A highlight of the conference included a presentation from a practicing Physician Assistant, giving students firsthand knowledge of the challenges and rewards of working in the medical field.
Aligned with HOSA’s mission to promote career opportunities in healthcare and improve the delivery of quality care, the Fall Leadership Conference offered ROC CTEC students a meaningful platform to engage with industry leaders, network with peers, and gain inspiration for their own professional journeys.
Experiences like this reinforce ROC CTEC’s commitment to hands-on, career-focused education, preparing students to enter the healthcare field with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to make a positive impact in their communities.
