ROC CTEC Hosts Kern High School District Principal Partners Day

ROC CTEC was proud to host this year’s Kern High School District Principal Partners Day, an event that brought together school leaders, educators, and community partners to celebrate student success and career readiness across the district.

During the visit, principals and district administrators toured ROC CTEC’s career-focused programs, met with students, and experienced firsthand the hands-on learning environments that prepare students for real-world careers. The event highlighted the strong connection between education, industry, and community partnerships that support student growth and workforce development.

Principal Partners Day provided an opportunity for district leaders to see how students apply technical skills, collaborate in professional settings, and develop the confidence needed for success after high school. These experiences reinforce the importance of career technical education in helping students explore career pathways while building practical, job-ready skills.

ROC CTEC extends a sincere thank you to all KHSD administrators, educators, and community partners for their continued support and dedication to student achievement. Special appreciation goes to the Digital Marketing and Student Event Productions programs, whose students demonstrated outstanding professionalism and creativity by assisting with event setup, coordination, and media coverage. Their teamwork played a key role in making the day a smooth and successful experience for all involved.
