Evening Computer Technology

Fee: No cost to high school students; $1,700 for adults.

 

pc repairThe Computer Repair program is a high-level, intensive one-year course that prepares students with entry-level IT skills focusing on computer maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. The course is delivered through the CompTIA-approved TestOut Curriculum. Certification and college credit** opportunities available in this program. See program page for details. About the Teacher:

Kyle Tiffin has 15+ years of IT experience in Educational Technology for both PBVUSD and KHSD, bringing a plethora of IT experience to students.  He has served as a KHSD Information Technology Support Technician III for KVHS, EBHS, and is currently assigned at the District Office.  Mr. Tiffin also served as the Director of Technology for Vineyard Christian Schools in Rwanda, Africa.  He holds certifications for Google Amplified IT Admin EDU Certified Level 1 and 2 and a California Teaching Credential in CTE Information Technology.  He has a BA degree in Religion from California Baptist University (1999) and a Master of Divinity from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary (2005).  Mr. Tiffin is a husband and a father of two girls and is active in church and community service projects.
