The ROC Ag Food Science class kept busy in the days and weeks leading up to Valentine’s Day as they prepared for their big February 14 sale. Items included hand-dipped and decorated chocolate strawberries, heart-shaped Rice Krispie treats, fresh tulips, and hand-crafted cake pops. The prep work also included on-campus advertising via flyers and visiting classrooms.
The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well at ROC. Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!
