All of those criteria come to bear for our Law Enforcement students seeking to become sworn officers. As such, when their years of dedication finally pay off, it is cause for great celebration.
Last October was just such an occasion, when Officer James Murphy, a 2014-2015 ROC Law Enforcement graduate, took his oath to serve in the San Bernardino police department. The event was all the more special in that he invited his former ROC instructor, Det. Tony Mosley (ret), to pin his badge on him.
Congratulations to Officer Murphy and to Mr. Mosley.
