The February 28, 2019 event was held at Bakersfield's Rabobank Convention Center and boasted as sponsors a large number of area employers and education/training organizations, including ROC.
Designed for middle school and high school students as well as recent graduates, the three-hour open house event also featured numerous free workshops to help young people prepare for the world of work. The Career Expo's mission is career exploration, exposing young adults to the wide-variety of professions available within our area while also providing them with the information necessary should they wish to begin preparing for those occupations.
